Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped under a buyer-arranged shipping model. This means that:

  • You, the retailer, are responsible for all shipping costs,
  • as well as all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country.

VPX – Senta Steinhauser GmbH delivers the goods either:

  • to your designated carrier (pickup from our warehouse), or
  • dispatches shipments on your behalf with freight costs charged to you.

2. Shipping Coordination

If you would like us to handle shipping, we can coordinate transport using trusted logistics partners (e.g. DHL, UPS, Aramex) and charge the actual freight cost to your invoice. Alternatively, you may organize your own pickup from our warehouse in Coburg or Istanbul.

3. Duties, VAT & Customs

You are fully responsible for customs clearance, import VAT, and duties in your country. We provide all necessary export documentation (invoice, packing list, HS codes), but we do not interact with customs authorities in the destination country.

Please make sure your import broker or logistics provider is prepared to handle the incoming shipment.

4. Shipping Origin

Goods are shipped from one of the following locations, depending on availability:

  • Germany: Salzmarkt 5, 96450 Coburg
  • Turkey: Istanbul production facility (details on request)

5. Packaging & Documents

  • Products are packed by style and size, ready for resale
  • Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, HS codes, and origin info
  • Standard carton: approx. 60 garments, max. 30 kg

6. Returns Due to Import Failure

If a shipment is returned because of unpaid import duties, failed customs clearance, or refusal of delivery, you will be invoiced for return shipping and any related fees.
